How a Medina Riad Automated 90% of Its Bookings with AGIL-PMS
The Challenge : Before our intervention, this traditional riad in the Medina was managing room availability using a paper notebook. Online platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com had to be updated manually every day.
We implemented AGIL-PMS integrated with a Channel Manager connector.
Centralized Management : A single, unified calendar to manage availability across all rooms.
Real-Time Automation : As soon as a room is booked on Airbnb, it is instantly marked unavailable on Booking.com — eliminating manual updates and preventing double bookings.
